Shipping & Dispatch

Feature Fence panels are manufactured in scheduled production runs and dispatched from Australia.

We currently service South East Queensland for direct delivery.
Interstate enquiries are welcome while we finalise national freight logistics.

Orders typically dispatch approximately 4 weeks from confirmation.

Freight (South East Queensland)

A flat rate freight fee applies to all South East Queensland orders and is calculated at checkout.

Delivery timing will be confirmed once your order is ready for dispatch. Our team will contact you prior to delivery to coordinate access and timing

Delivery Details

Delivery is kerbside only. The customer is responsible for unloading and ensuring suitable access for delivery vehicles.

Business addresses with forklift access may assist with delivery efficiency.

Any additional charges arising from restricted access, failed delivery attempts, or re-delivery will be payable by the customer.

All goods must be inspected at delivery. Any visible damage must be noted with the carrier and reported within 48 hours.

If you are located outside South East Queensland, please contact us with your project details and postcode. We will confirm availability and freight options once national logistics are finalised.

Returns

Due to the nature of architectural aluminium products, change-of-mind returns are not accepted once production has commenced or goods have been dispatched, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
